BB Incline Bench Press: 10x70/10x90/7x90/6x95
DB Flat Bench Press: 10x20/10x30/8x40/6x45
Ball Push Ups: 12/8/12 (the eight was because I think I lost my balance)
Single Leg Calf Raises: 16x20/16x45/16x60/16x80
