Good Lord.... I don't think I have ever sweated during a workout so much in my life... not sure if the heat was up, or if it was the Gironda Presses....
That being said, here's today's workout"
Warm up - 5:30 on the recumbent bike
Gironda Press: 45lbsx10/45lbsx10/50lbsx8/55lbsx8 Let me say this, my arms were shaking, chest was on fire (burning still and it's been four and a half hours - not a bad burn) and I'm sure I was pouring enough sweat to fill an ice cream pail.
Flat Bench Press: 55lbsx10/70lbsx10/95lbsx8/115lbsx6
Ball Push Ups: 3x10
Norsk Pull Downs: 70lbsx10/80lbsx10/80lbsx8/100lbsx6
Low Seated Cable Rows: 7px10/8px10/10px8/11px6
Hanging Leg Raises in the Roman Chair: 2x15
Inclined Leg Raises: 1x15/1x10
Incline Bicycle: 2x15
The Gironda's are an interesting exercise... after the first set I thought, 'ha! these are easy!' Then I did the second set.
I must have been a sight today.
