chest today, back monday

i did my back monday, during which i strained my groin on my warm-up deadlifts. and it was only 135 :( i'm not even going to enter that workout, but it wasn't bad.

today = chest

bb bench press
10 x 95, 8 x 105, 6 x 115, 6 x 115

db incline press
10 x 30, 8 x 35, 6 x 40, 8 x 40

speed bench
12 x 60 (rest 45 sec), 12 x 60 (rest 45 sec),12 x 60 (rest 45 sec), 20 x 45 (this was pretty much to failure)

ab stuff on decline bench...

    p.s. i am going to start another creatine cycle soon. i need to regain the strength i've lost. what is up with only hitting 115 on my bench? oh well, at least it's not my max.
