Woke up at 1 am, woke up at 3 am, stayed up... made for a less-than-optimal workout, but I got through it...

Axtive warm-up kickboxing, 10 minutes

Incline bench press 80X12, 85X10, 95X8, 100X6, 115X5
alternated sets with
Squats 80X12, 90X10, 95X8, 105X6, 120X5
Flat bench DB press 35X10, 40X10, 40X10 compound set with
Flat DB flyes 20X10, 20X10, 20X10

Alternating set with
DB lunges 15X12, 15X12, 15X12 compound set with
leg extensions 30X12, 30X12, 30X12

Cardio 25 minutes on recumbent bike, at 80-85% THR

Sooo tired, early to bed tonight!
