Ok I got back to the gym. I decided to do a plain old split for a few weeks as it really has been since dec that I have trained fulltime. here is what went down.
Bench 135x10 155x10 165x10 175x7 185x10
incline 135x10 155x10 165x10
flyes 75x10 90x10 105x10 125x6
kickbacks 25x10 30x10 35x10 40x10
pressdowns 50x10 60x10 70x10 80x5
Rope pull downs 60x10 70x10
Highlights: Felt great getting back under the bar. I think I am finally geting used to this job.
Lowlights: 185? I used to use that as a freaking warmup! LOL
