Flat bench 135x12 205x5 225x5 245x1 275x1 rest pause flat bench 135x10 155x10 185x7
Incline 135x10 155x10 175x5

CGB 135x10 155x8 185x5
Skullcrushers 40x10 70x10 90x8
Assisted dips 2 sets of 6

Highlights: The 275 was cake walk. But since I had no spotter after that set I stoped there.


Lowlights: Not having a good spotter sucks!
