Here is where it sucks. My wife and kids came along. She wanted to bike and the kiddies went to daycare. I was 4 sets into my tri workout when a staff member came up and said my wife needed me. We ened up haivng to go home it was 740pm. Got home made dinner put two kids to bed cleaned then went down to my gym in the basement

Highlights: getting close to 225x10 maybe next week.

Lowlights: NEVER NEVER again going with whole family!
