Chest and Tri (heavy day) And why I cannot add!

Bench 135x12 185x10 225x5 245x5 255x3
Decline 185x7 225x5 245x5
incline 185x5 195x5 205x5 215x3 225x3(PR see sidenote)
DB flies 50x8 55x6 60x5
CGB 135x10 145x8 185x5
DB Press 100x10 105x8 110x6
Rope pull down 60x10 70x10 80x10
Highlights:Hit new levels on decline and incline
Lowlight: Flat bench was bad.
Side note: For the last few months I have been steadily trying to increase my incline on days I went heavier i would go to 195 and fail at 4-5 reps.....or so I thought. Here is why i can not add. I was putting 185 on the bar then adding 10lb per side! So I thought I was hitting 195 when in reality I was getting 205. All in all it worked out as I finally hit a goal using 225 on the incline!
