Ok trying to get back into this journal thing.
Flat bench 5x5
135x20 185x5 205x5 215x5 225x5 235x4
Decline 135x12 185x10 225x9
incline 135x10 155x10 175x8 185x5
Dumb bell behind the neck press
70x10 80x10 90x10
Assisted dips 3 sets of 10, 10, 8 I used way less help on these
Highlights: Felt way stonger in the lower part of the flat bench.
Lowlights: None really
