Chest and tri

Well was short for time so the reps were not there as I sped thru it.
Bench 135x10 185x10 205x8 225x5
Chest fly machine 50x10(to get the feel) 80x10 100x10 150x10
Incline 135x10 155x10 185x2( this was done after tri workout)see lowlights

Press downs 70x10 80x10 90x10
Rope pull downs 50x10 60x10 80x10
DB press BTN 70x10 90x10 100x10

Highlights: it was nice to have lots of equip.
Lowlights: Well I had to run a errand at 7pm got there at 6pm but made it in to the gym area at 615. Did workout in 35 minutes. Some young kids were messing around on the incline bench so I went and did tri till they were done.
