Highlights: Well all in all it was a great workout I am beginning to think the stuff I am taking is working.
Lowlights: got caught under the bar on the 265 bench and had to dump the weights onto the floor. Pulled my left shoulder a little and brusied my right rib at the top. Good news is that my wife signed us up to the YMCA it is brand new and full of equipment.
