Flat bench 75x10 135x10 185x5 195x5 205x5 215x4
incline 135x10 155x10 165x8
incline flyes 30x10 35x10 40x10

kickbacks 25x10 30x10 35x10
dumbbell presses (behind neck) 65x10 70x10 75x10

Highlights: I started a 5x5 workout for the next 3 weeks where my main exercise I will do 5 sets for 5 reps. This week I started a little to heavy LOL and got 4 sets but only 3 on the 4th. All in all it was a great workout.

Lowlights: was going to do 4 sets of skullcrushers but had to cut the workout short to recuse my 2 yr old son from his mommy as he was about to get it LOL.
