Flat bench 135x12 185x5 225x6 245x1 265x1 (rest pause) 135x10 155x10 185x10
Standing Dumbbell presses 50x5 55x5 60x5
Standing Barbell presses 135x10 155x5 165x5
Shrugs-I did something different. Normally I go to 315 then add straps. Tonight I decided not to go that route. So I used my deadlift grip. over/under. here is what went down: 225x10 315x10 405x10 455x10 495x10 600x6
Machine shoulder press 170x4 180x4 190x2
Highlights: Man the looks I got as I put 600 on the bar for shrugs! LOL that was way cool.
Lowlights: wanted to hit more singles on bench. Oh well next time.
