BB sh press seated 95x10 135x10 145x5
Standing BB press 135x4x5x6
Laterals/rear delt raises 25x10 30x10 35x8
Shrugs 225x10 275x10 315x10 405(strapped)x10 455x10 495x8 315x10 225x10
Highlights: Felt strong in most every set. SH presses sucked. Most likly from doing chest first.
Lowlights: NOne really
