I used my new weights LOL

Flat bench 135x15 185x8 195x6 165x10 175x10
Incline 135x10 165x10 175x10
incline flyes 25x10 30x10 35x10

BTN sh presses 45x10 65x10 75x10 95x10
lateral raises/rear delt raises 20x10 25x10 30x10
Shrugs 225x10 275x10 295x10 315x10 225x15

Highlights" new weights worked well, and it was beyond great getting back to lifting.

Lowlights: Lost some endurance and strenght.
