Highlights: Had a great workout over all. Some things felt great so good. Last week I found 2 dumbells sitting on the curb in the neighboorhood. They have 30 lbs each in plates(the kind that screw on). I realized last night that 20lbs of it are 4-5.5lb plates that will fit my main barbell...that is I know can go over 300lbs total!
Lowlight: My ankle is still sore no cardio or calf exercises....bummer!
