Flyes 90x10 105x10 125x8
Incline 155x10 175x10 185x4

Cardio Elip machine 20 mins fatburn

Highlights: I went and got cardio in.

Lowlights: Well my strength was low, maybe cause I am used to lifting at night. Also a group of guys messed the order that I usualy lift in so I had to wait for the incline bench.
