preacher concentration curls DB 20x10 25x12 30x10
barbell curls 65x10 75x10 85x10 95x8
DB curls 30x10 35x10 40x8
Highlights: Man I felt strong even with my left wrist feeling sprained. I loved hitting 225x4 if I had a damn spotter I would have made all 6!
Lowlights: That I had to end the workout!
