Flat bench 135x10 205x10 225x7 235x3 (need spotter but all the guys in the gym can barely lift 135)
Incline 155x10 185x10 195x5
Machine flies 105x10 120x10

Deadlifts 225x10 315x6 405x3 missed 405x1 425x1 455 missed

Lat pull downs 135x10 165x10 185x10 195x6

Hammer iso lateral row this was new for me so I will list the number of plates and reps 2 45lbs x8 added 2 25lb x8 added 2 45 ( so there was 2 45lb plates on each side plus 1 25lb)x8
Highlight: Hitting 425 and just missing 455 on the deadlifts was great.

Lowlights: Missing the 405x3 and the 455 was a bummer but 2 weeks and I will nail it.
