HOLY $*IT!!!!!!!
Thats all I have to say about todays workout...I take it back...maybe Amy IS trying to kill us!!!!just kidding..it was actually a great workout...I haven't been this tired in a LOOONG time.
warm up house work

crunches 3 20
leg raises 3 20
oblique crunches 3 20
squats 4 10 45lbs
Supposed to do leg press...couldn't figure how to do them with my equpiment..opted for straight leg DL
Straight leg dl 3 15 45lbs
leg ext 4 10 15lbs
leg curl 4 10 1@45lbs 3@30lbs
calf raises 3 15 45lbs
supposed to be seated calf raise..no machine
I pulled up on a pulley machine...3 15 75lbs
cardio 30 min treadmill
378 cal 2.51 miles
End 10:50
My legs are wobbely...walking tomorrow should prove...interesting....
