Cardio Workout 4/5/2014

First day getting back into shape:

Cardio Workout: Target: 5:00 warmup (>98 BPM), 20:00 (138-156 BPM), 

Results: 5:00 warmup (~145 BPM avg), 6:49 main run (~160 BPM)

+ Actually made the effort!

- Nausea and dizziness @ 5 min into main run, pushed for 1.5 minute after, then ended
- Far more out-of-shape than expected
- Finished far below expectation

Follow-up: Next Endur. Cardio workout @ Monday; Int. Circuit Training @ Sunday

    @kattyfigs Thanks for the encouragement! Yes, that is what I've been finding so far. I have since been through two complete circuit sessions and 2x25 min runs, and I've been able to complete them fully without nausea or sickness. I have a crazy theory that I may have been overworking on my first go, going at a speed too fast for my first run, hence the weakness. Cutting back my speed has allowed me to run further and longer. Fingers crossed that the trend continues! I'll probably post an update for the whole week after this first workout.

    It'll get easier with time! You can do it! :) just don't give up. I almost gave up with abs, I used to not be able to do 6 leg raises without screaming and whimpering but now I'm doing them with ease. Same thing with jogging (although I'm not that great at it anymore) When I used to go jogging everyday I wanted to vomit but it because much easier the more I did it.
