Cardio today...a wee bit sore...
It is extrememly crappy outside today so I went to the gym to run on the treadmill. Did 30min at an even pace of 6mph. My ham's are a bit tight from yesterday's workout, along with other bits and peices of me, but nothing too serious. We'll see how they feel tomorrow. The run felt good, certainly worked up quite a sweat. I seem to be sweating quite a bit during my workouts these days...either I'm working harder or it's hormonal...who knows....
