Cardio Day - Running + Pilates

Had planned to run outside today...but it was snowing at noon and only 2degrees-Ah Canada-, how depressing!! All I had was shorts & T-shirt so went to the gym and ran on the treadmill and listened to The Doors - felt better after.

5min warmup
25 min HITT
5 min cool down
stretched out afterwards

Overall good workout--those extra carbs must be helping!

Have a 1hr Pilates class this evening.
