Cardio and abs

Well, today was a day off, did cardio and abs. Had my normal breakfast, and normal timing before going to the gym.

Abs..

Weighted leg lifts....15xBW, 15xBW+10, 15xBW+10
Weighted crunches.....15x130, 12x160,10x160 superset 1 more set of leg lifts here with last set.
Machine crunches...20x130, 20x150


Cardio...

22:00 Treadmill (Hills,but standard steady pace)

After cardio supplemented with protein, fats, and flax seed for fiber.

    I guess I should have specified more, these are upper cable pulley crunches. Sorry for any confusion.

    Ron, how do you get 130lbs on a weighted crunch????? Am I reading this right?
