Cardio... again

Standard Cardio

Total Time: 33 minutes on the mini-trampoline
Warm Up: Three minutes
Cardio: 27 minutes
Cool Down: Three minutes

HR: about 140bpm

Cardio again tomorrow at the gym... but I'm also getting an assessment done, too, so I may drop the cardio tomorrow.
