Hit the bike for a total of 34 minutes today.. two minute warm up and a two minute cool down... the other 30 I pedaled at 150 watts resistance, burned 278 calories and went about 9.4 miles. Funny, the bike never moved. Anyway, my heart rate hit around 151 bpm.
