Cardio

Did 30 minutes of cardio on my mini-trampoline... includes three minutes of warm up and about five minutes cool down...

My heart rate hit approximately 150bpm, which turns out to be around 80% of my max heart rate.. I couldn't believe how quickly I hit that... felt as though I could have gone harder, but didn't want the heart rate to get too much higher...

    Those things are much harder than they appear.. plus, easy on the knees!

    Good job Tim! I hear you on that heart rate stuff. I can ride a bike forever(as long as the ole butt holds up), but jumping on a trampoline for 20 minutes is a totally different thing. I helped set up a trampoline for my neice, and of course had to jump on it. While jumping it didn't seem to bad, but when I got off, I didn't think my heart was ever going to slow down...
