Brain feels like moosh

I forgot to write my flog again yesterday. I was incredibly busy but anyways yesterday I went to the gym

abs
3x15 incline crunches
3x15 seated twists
3x15 machine leg raises. I found that using these machines made it a lot harder than just doing crunches on the floor. I don't know why I chose to use the machines, I think it was because I could've done floor ab work at home and I wanted to use the facilities at the gym and I'm glad I did.

back and each exercise was performed 20 times, then 16, then 14
lat cable pulldown
seated row
dumbbell shrugs

then yoga for 20 minutes

Today after I finished work, I swam laps for 20 minutes non stop. I feel much more fit than when I first started swimming laps where I needed to take multiple breaks to catch my breath. However because I'm an instructor, this woman swimming in the lane next to me kept stopping me to ask questions about her technique. Ughh, I'm like one of those people who just need to be left alone when I'm exercising. Unless you're a gym buddy :D

Then I did 30 minutes of yoga when I got home. I'm noticing that I'm getting a lot more flexible and that my whole body is toning up. I don't look completely disgusting in a bathing suit anymore. Woo!

Hahaha my body's still a bit mooshy too! Working on the rock hard body though. Yeah well I don't even have dumbbells at home. I just go to the gym, it's only a 5 minute walk away and they have tonnes of good equipment but it's not all necessary, you really only need dumbells and a floor. Maybe even a bench and chin up bar. Dancing is a lot more fun anyway! It sounds like you and your wife have heaps of fun on the dance floor! I'm thinking of taking up dancing, I want to learn swing!

Brain may be moosh but body is a rock. I notice you have a cable machine. I think I miss cable crunches more than any other exercise. I sold a lot of equipment when we put a dance floor in the garage. I'm doing fine with dumbbells up to 80 lbs in pairs and my body weight exercises but gawd those cable crunches felt good. Keep coming back kiddo. It gets lonely in the flogs and most people just disappear after a few entries. Your workouts are strong.
