Did some measurements this morning... BF% has virtually unchanged since May.

The first number is May 21st and the second number is July 30th

BF%: 17.66/17.33
Weight (lbs): 200/199
Shoulders (inches): 48/52.5 (big change there and I swear I can feel it in my shirts)
Chest: 42/42.5
Bicep: 14/13.5 (I swear they appear bigger, but it may be a change in shape, too. Not sure why this might have went down.)
Forearm: 11.5/11.25
Lean Body Mass: 164.69/164.52
Fat Mass: 35.31/34.48
BMI: 27.47/27.33
Waist To Hip: .1/.09

Most every other measurement stayed the same. I am somewhat pleased, but would like to see the the BF% drop about five percent. Must watch what I eat a little better.

May get outside and yank a sled around for a bit, but today is suddenly becoming busy... maybe tonight.. we'll see..
