Was supposed to work out yesterday, but a car challenge meant I was unable to get there... so, worked out at home today instead.

Warm up - Five minutes on mini-trampoline

EZ Bar Curls: 20lbsx10/30lbsx10/45lbsx8/55lbsx6
Hammer Curls: 10lbsx10/15lbsx10/15lbsx8/20lbsx5 (couldn't get the last set done)
Concentration Curls: 10lbsx10/15lbsx10/15lbsx8/20lbsx7 (was going for 8 on the last set)
Skull Crushers: 30lbsx10/40lbsx10/50lbsx8/60lbsx6
Lying Cross Face Xtns: 10lbsx10/10lbsx10/15lbsx10/20lbsx10
Close Grip Push Ups: 4x10
Lying Side Leg Raises: 3x15
Leg Raises: 3x15
Stomach Vacs: 4x30 seconds

Felt good today... was standing for four hours on location, so getting to do something other than standing around felt good...
