Skullcrushers: 12x30/12x40/10x50/9x60 (upped last set by five pounds)
Dips: 12x10/12x10/10x10/8x10 (added weight for first time)

Front Kicks: 10/10
Twisting Crunches: 15/15
Stomach Vac: One minute
