DB preacher concentration curls 25x10 30x10 35x10
BB curls 85x10 95x10 105x6
DB curls 50x8 45x8 40x7 35x7 30x7 25x6
Kickbacks 25x10 30x10 35x10
SkullK 70x10 90x10 110x5
Pressdowns 50x12 75x10 100x8
2 sets each of wrist curls palms facing up and then down 45lb bar x 10 each.

Highlights: had a good workout nothing major. I will be lowering the weight used for 3-4 weeks....no real reason other than I feel the need to get some good slow reps in for arms.

Lowlights: None, other than the fact that I did nothit the cardio as I was 10 min late getting to the gym (catbox needed to be cleaned and laundry started at 520am LOL).
