Back chins 4 sets 10, 9, 9 , 8 I think I am using less help
Bent rows 135x10 185x10 225x10 245x6PR
Deadlifts 225x10 275x6 315x9 335x8 365x 1 miss 365x2
Barbell curls 85x10 95x10 105x8 115x6 125x3
alt db curls 35x10 45x10 55x5
db preacher curls 20x10 25x10 30x10
Highlights: Deads seem to becoming easier. I hit 245x6 on the bent rows new Pr for me. Barbell curls I hit a legit 125x3....wahoo.
Lowlights: I had a allergy attack the whole time and the chalk did not help.
