Press downs 2 sets forgot what weight it was. Left shoulder gave out on SK and started to flare up on the press downs called it a day and went to thew whirlpool.

Highlights: 2 workouts in a week WAAAHHHHOOOOOO
Lowlights: Mutt HATES feeling Weak as Kitten!
