Been a while

Wow it has been a while since I have posted a workout. Well lets see, I have been still lifting, just not recording it. I started to do a more pure powerlifting workout. However I still did the bodybuilding exercises along with it. For example, I did bench but then did a
full 12 sets of triceps and then later in the week a full 12-14 sets of shoulders. This is after 10 sets of heavy bench pressing. The results? My left shoulder hurt like hell and my elbows were so tender just resting them on my desk hurt. SO, I have stopped doing most shoulder work, except for 5 sets of standing barbell presses, and all but a few sets of close grip bench pressing for triceps. Not only has my bench goen up, but the sore spots in the elbows and shoulders are gone. I also stopeed all other back exercises except those that help the deadlift. My bicep work is gone as well except every now and then I do a few sets of barbell curls. I did chest last night here is what happened:
Flat bench 135x20 185x5 225x1 275x1 315x 3/4 of a rep 225x5 185x10 135x20 (see notes)
Incline 135x15 155x10 185x4
Close grip bench 135x10 155x10 175x5
Dips 3 sets of 10 (using a assisted dip machine)

Highlights: Well I am getting better at form for bench

Lowlights: I have a sticking point that runs from my chest to 6-8 inches away from it. That is the reason for the 3/4 of a rep. i needed help to get it from my chest to about 6 inches away. After that it exploded up and I locked out.
