Warm up - Five minutes on mini-trampolin/rebounder
Deadlifts: 120lbsx10/150lbsx10/190lbsx8/240lbsx5 (this is a personal best... haven't done them since October 8th, 2004... was pleasantly surprised. I;m guessing if I had gloves I could have gotten two more.
One Arm DB Rows: 20lbsx10/40lbsx10/40lbsx8/60lbsx6
Lying Tricep Xtns: 30lbsx10/50lbsx10/50lbsx8/55lbsx6
Tricep Kickbacks: 10lbsx10/10lbsx10/15lbsx15/20lbsx6
Dips: 10xBW/10xBW/10x10lbs/10x10lbs
Stomach Vacs: 4x30seconds
I'm pleased with the Deadlifts...gotta keep an eye on the form though... don't think I lost it, but have to be wary.
