It was a good day...plus, the weather is nice!

Seated Cable Rows: 8px10/9px10/11px8/13px6 (the last set was a nice challenge)
Machine Lat Rows: 7px10/10px10/12px8
Bent Over DB Rows: 15lbsx10/20lbsx10/25lbsx8/35lbsx6 (weight in each hand)
Standing BB Curl: 30lbsx10/35lbsx10/40lbsx6/45lbsx6 (nice challenge here, too)
Standing Two Handed Cable Curls: 23lbsx10/27.5lbsx8/38.5lbsx6/38.5lbsx4
Seated Reverse DB Wrist Curls: 8lbx10/10lbsx10/12lbsx10
Incline Bicycle: 10/10
Hanging Leg Raises: 10/10

Felt good today... tris are a little achey from Monday... good workout, I feel!
