Standing EZ Bar 21s: 3 sets with 25lbs
Standing Two Handed Cable Curls: 10x7.5kg/8x10kg/6x12.5kg/6x17.5kg
Wrist Curls: 10x8lbs/10x12lbs/10x15lbs
Inclined Leg Raises: 10/10
Incline Bicycle Kicks: 15/15
