Back/Bis/Abs

Warm up for three minutes on recumbent bike

Chin Ups: 5/3/3 (added these to start.. used the Smith Machine)
Seated Cable Rows: 10x8p/10x10p/8x11p/6x14p
Seated Machine Rows: 10x8p/10x9p/8x10p/6x12p
Bent Over DB Rows: 10x20lbs/10x30lbs/8x35lbs
EZ Bar Curls: 10x25lbs/8x30lbs/8x35lbs/7x45lbs
EZ Bar 21s: 3 sets with 25lbs
DB Wrist Curls: 10x8lbs/10x10lbs/10x12lbs
Bicycle Kicks Incline: 20/20
Incline Bench Crunches: 15/15

Add the chin ups for the heck of it.. was pleasantly surprised I was able to do as many as I could...
