I feel so strong!
I tried single lift max reps with the deadlifts... interesting experiment... wasn't sure if I could do it or if it the weight I eventually had in mind would be too light being as it was less reps than last week... but here's how it all shaped up...
Warm up - three minutes on the mini-trampoline
DL: 5x135lbs/1x185lbs/1x225lbs/1x250lbs/1x260lbs... then I was thinking 'I'll try 270lbs!' So, I got it off the ground, yay! Held it up for a couple of seconds and gingerly put it down. Whew... cooled off and rested for a bit and thought 'heck, let's try 280!' Well holy cow! Up it went with a screwed up face and everything.. held it up for a bit, then, gingerly let it down again... did a little happy dance and moved on with the rest of the workout...
T-Bar Rows: 10x50lbs/10x75lbs/6x85lbs
Bent Over BB Rows: 10x40lbs/10x60lbs/8x85lbs/6x115lbs
Standing EZ Bar 21's: 3 sets of 25lbs
EZ Bar Curls: 10x20lbs/8x25lbs/8x35lbs/6x50lbs
Bent Knee Lying Side Leg Raises: 10/10
Leg Tucks: 10/10
Now for some food...
