Today was weight day. Did full body workout...

4min WU treadmill
asst pull ups 12X110/12X100/10X90
HS bench press 12X36/12X46/12X56
BB squats 15X45/12X65/12X95 (most I've done thus far and could handle more)
lying leg press 12X40/12X50/10X60
seated row 12X50/12X60/12X70 (really focused on squeezing scapula back-makes a difference!
lying db flies 12X10lbs/12X15lbs/12X15lbs
lying arm ext (don't know what to call these, but you extend your arms past your head while holding db with both hands--works chest and tricepts.) 12X10/12X15/12X20
2X12 back extentions
15 push ups
stretch to cool down
felt this one in the arms!

have Pilates tonight so didn't work abs today!
