Was out of the gym for a week.... worked out at home... gym is about a half hour drive into town, so I figured I'd use what I have at home instead.
Once there, I adjusted things a tad. The trainer had me doing two sets of exercises... instead, I changed it to three sets.
So, here's how today went:
Warm up for five minutes on eliptical.
Smith Incline: 85lbsx10/90lbsx10/95lbsx6
Pec Deck: 45lbsx10/55lbsx10/65lbsx10
Leg Xtns: 8platesx10/9platesx10/10platesx10
Leg Press: 9px10/10px10/12px10
Side Lat Raises on half ball: 10lbsx10/10lbsx10/12lbsx10
Front Raises on the half ball: 10lbsx10/10lbsx10/12lbsx10
Abs: Bicycle 2x15
Planking 2x 30 seconds
