Chest and Tricep here is what went down:
Flat bench-135x10 155x10 175x5 185x5 135x10
Incline flyes 50x10 55x8 65x8
Incline bench 135x10 155x5
Dips bwx6 bwx7 bwx8 bwx3-ss-rope pulldowns 50x15 bwx3-ss-rope pulldowns50x10 bwx3-ss-rope puldowns 50x10
Close Grip bench 135x6x3
Highlights:Ok decided to hit a more traditional split for the next few months. Reasoning is to get muscle endurance back and slowly build strenght back. in 2-3 months depending how I feel i will go to a focused power lift style routine.
Lowlights: I need to hit 6-10 reps for any set...fell short on a few.
