Well, had a good vacation - sore thraot and stuffy head the whole time and nowhere near my normal energy levels. Still, on Sunday we canoed for an hour and hiked for about an hour and a half. We saw 3 moose on the shoreline when we were canoeing, very cool. Also a loon swimming around us while we canoed.

On Monday we hiked for nearly two hours around Gooseberry Falls. Saw a fat woodchuck and some ground squirrels.

Didn't eat too drastically - hubby and daughter had 'world famous donuts', I wasn't hungry. Did help demolish a box of cheese nips (at least they were reduced fat).

Home now, just went to the grocery store and stocked up on fresh veggies and meat.

Still feeling like crap, though and it is starting to descend into my bronchial tubes. I will spend today eating low sodium soup and drinking lots of tea/diet rite/water. Blah. dang it all, anyway.
