today's shoulder workout...
upright rows:
12 x 45, 12 x 50, 10 x 55, 8 x 60
alternating db press on stability ball:
4 sets 12 x 15s
db shrugs
4 sets 12 x 60s
lateral db raises
4 sets 12 x 10s
lying rear delt raises
3 sets 12 x 10s
then ab stuff on the stability ball.
