Chins 3 sets 6, 6, 4
Bent rows 185x10 205x10 225x9
Deadlifts 225x10 275x7 315x8 335x3
Lat pull downs superset behind the neck and to the front. Behind the neck first 100x10/100x9 115x10/115x8
Cybex lat machine (stack weights) one set to really burn the lats 125x12
Eliptical machin 20 mins 1.86 miles and 300 cals.

Highlights: Hit 225 again on the BR and my lats really are feeling it. The deadlifts are coming nicely should hit 335x8 next week.

Lowlights: need to figure a way to eat before going....
