Warm-up for five minutes on eliptical
Olympic Press: 55lbsx10/65lbsx10 (I think I can add more weight... just trying to comfortable with the gear)
Push Ups (On the ball).. 10x2
Decline Chest Flyes: 12lbs (each hand)x10/15lbsx10
Cardio - Five minutes
Isolated Bicep Curls (on the ball): 15lbsx10/15lbsx10
Hammer Curls (on the ball): 15lbsx10/15lbsx10
Preacher Curls: 45lbsx10/45lbsx10
One Arm DB Rows: 12lbsx10/12lbsx10
Bent Over Rows: 25lbsx10/35lbsx10
Pull-Overs: 25lbsx10/25lbsx10
Slantboard Crunches: 15x2
Arms are burning today... I can also feel it in my upper back today...!
Had our Christmas party last night too... man, am I glad I stuck to water... well, one beer and a glass of wine... got home late (for me) and I pretty tired today... if I were tired and hung over I'd be pretty crabby...
