Highlights: WoW what a freaking great time!

Lowlights: None~

Side Note: On my set of 305 deadlifts on the 6th rep my grip failed so I set it down. That was when I noticed the chunk of skin taken outta my left knee. It was bleeding nicely. SO I slapped some chalk on it and did 2 more reps. Loaded to 315 and did 6 reps....LOL I am so sore now~
