Highlights: I had a huge workout! The Good mornings rock! Arms feel like silly putty.
Lowlights: I will not get any cardio in this week. Wed night I was just too tried and tonight there was nothing open for me to use. I can not use the treadmill because of my gout, and all the bikes and eliptical trainers were taken. Which is why I did Triceps.
