Deadlifts: 10x130/10x140/8x160/6x190
One Arm DB Rows: 10x25/10x35/8x45/6x60
T-Bar Rows: 10x80/10x100/6x115

DB Wrist Curls: 10x10/10x10/10x10

Twisting Crunches: 15/15
Leg Raises: 15/15
Bent Over Twists: 15/15
Bent Knee Lying Side Leg Raises: 15/15

Glad to be back at it after a week and a half... I'm tired today as I've been up since 2:30am.. it's now 4:05pm... need a nap... Likely could have done better with some sleep...
